A personal site built in public — log, projects, and lab as one connected system instead of a static portfolio.
This site is itself the first project. It started as a single stacked-section homepage and is being rebuilt into a proper information architecture: a build log with a fixed five-part structure, a projects index that links back to the log entries that shaped each one, and a lab section reserved for agent activity once there's real data to show.
Everything here is content-driven — pages are composed from typed data loaded at build time, so new log entries and projects ship by adding files, not by editing page components.
